Oruc Adiman, known as Ojo, is a Kurdish entrepreneur from Turkey who came to Canada as an immigrant in 1986. Over the past 40 years, he has built a remarkable career while establishing deep connections with his people and community. Adiman has been a bridge between the Kurdish people, Canadian businesses, and government institutions, actively serving his community for 25 years. In the last 15 years, he has become a visionary advocate, fostering relationships and creating opportunities for others.

Known for never turning away anyone in need, he has consistently represented the Kurdish community with a forward-thinking vision and a mission to inspire unity and growth. Adiman’s business achievements include founding Bondex Mouldings in 2013, a company recognized for producing the highest quality exterior stucco mouldings in the industry for over a decade. He also established GC Source Manufacturing in 2019, specializing in elegant cabinetry and furniture, fixtures, and equipment solutions. Additionally, Adiman founded York Hospitality, which provides custom-designed interiors and technical support for hotels, condos, and workplaces and custom homes.
Beyond his business ventures, Adiman is a devoted family man, proudly balancing his role as a loving husband and father of three children. His dedication to his family mirrors his commitment to his community and work.
Adiman is also deeply committed to cultural preservation. He founded Life Music and is currently organizing the 50th-anniversary celebration of legendary Kurdish singer Şivan Perwer. This memorable event underscores his dedication to promoting Kurdish culture and uniting communities through art and music.
